Raise your hand if you can relate>>
“Have you ever been afraid of what people might think of a decision you're about to make? A decision that could potentially make you very unpopular with certain people.” ~Erika Napoletano
When she asked that question, almost every hand in the room went up. Had I been there, mine would have too. I've had those moments…
I'd venture to guess that the line rings true with you too.
Erika's talk, you can watch below, was recently featured by the TEDx organization as their “Talk of the Week.” She is direct, witty, and a bit crass (warning for those that are sensitive to language) as she shares why being unpopular may be the best thing for your business and life.

“When are you going to admit there's something glorious about being you?” ~Erika Napoletano
I love that she was talking about being true to who you are. I've spent many years personally exploring that — personal truth. Lately, it is coming up frequently in conversations with private clients too.
When you can be bold. . .when you can be strong. . .when you can be true to yourself, you and your business become unstoppable!
Your ideal clients and partners find you because they can relate to you.
What do you think about Erika's thought that polarity is an asset and that being unpopular is a good thing?
Kudos +Lisa Miller for sharing this so that I could find it and share it here!
