During our work together, I learned to trust myself. Stephanie is now deeply “in my head” and, of course, my heart. When I begin to spiral down into self-doubt, I hear her say, “Is that true?” “Is it your truth?” “How do you think you can see and say that differently?” And above all, “Why are things always turning out for me?” and “Why am I so very abundant and blessed!?”
