Hi, I'm Stephanie. Considering part of my work is to help you to allow all the parts of you to shine, it makes sense that I'd do the same. But that was not always the case. At one time, I tried to segment parts of myself to different audiences. I believed that I was “too much” for most when standing in my power. Ultimately, I found that holding myself back was ineffective and draining, so I don't do that anymore, and neither should you.

When discussing prospering daily, I'm not solely focusing on money. Being richly rewarded for the good you bring to the world is certainly part of the equation, and you can do significant good with it. However, there is a lot more to total prosperity and living your truth.

My Journey
I was once a high-achieving leader and jet-lagged consultant in Corporate America, working with Fortune 50-100 clients. This is where I began fine-tuning my abilities to see the potential in everyone I worked with and grew my people-development skills. Climbing that corporate ladder seemed the only way to success—until reality hit, and I chose to let go of the “golden handcuffs.” The company went public, my ethics were challenged, and I knew there had to be a better way.
I founded Calahan Solutions, Inc. to help leaders like you make a real impact. It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it. I left my corporate job, and my husband did, too. We moved to a new community when our youngest was still in diapers. It was a massive leap of faith. Scary? Absolutely. Worth it? 100%.
A few years in, I hit a wall—hard.
My health took a nosedive, and my medical team told me I had to quit everything and mostly sit and be quiet— two things I had never been very good at.
You see, I had left that corporate world to create a business that would give me everything I wanted, but what I neglected to do at the time was also change my mindset. I was a workaholic and a perfectionist, and I believed I had to prove my worth. As a result, I had created a trap for myself.
But I healed both physically and mentally thanks to a holistic health practitioner. I rebuilt my business to support all of me: my health, limited energy reserve, family, and community without sacrificing my happiness. And I learned how to have fun every day, too.
Why am I telling you this?
I don't want you to wait until something horrible happens to start taking charge of your business and life. I don't want you to feel stuck where you are like having a happy business is for OTHER people but not for you. I don't want you to have to WAIT to start living.
