A Great Idea for When You Want to Reinvent the Wheel

While at a conference, I had the opportunity to meet Vernice Armour. Talk about a woman with a mission!
I found myself writing a number of quotes down as she was speaking knowing that I'd share them with you and that was the first one.
I loved the visual she shared with this concept. Reinventing the wheel just does not make sense, literally or figuratively. In this case, she was referring to how we run our businesses.
She suggests that your business will grow much faster if you take proven processes and systems and make them your own. Considering she was able to leave the military and grow a six-figure business in under a year, I think she has something in her approach. 🙂
