I’ve been in a couple of hangouts and find them an easy way to have discussions. It is definitely something we want to incorporate into our business.

I know what you mean! Every time I get in front of the camera with something new I get a little nervous. However, it is like everything in life, the doing is not nearly as bad as you think it might be when you are thinking about it. Find a friend that is on G+ and do a few video calls just to get the hang of the technology. I bet you would do just fine!
